We are located in a green belt area of Stanmore, North London.

The surrounding area includes the Bentley Priory Nature Reserve and Stanmore Common which both offer excellent walking and jogging trails.  The lovely ponds of Little Common are just across Wood Lane and Stanmore Country Park with it’s ancient Peartree Wood  are a short walk away.  

The villages of Stanmore and Bushey Heath are less than a mile away with a convenient bus service.   Both villages offer good restaurants and shopping.

Underground services to Central London through the Jubilee Line from Stanmore Station or the Northern Line from Edgware both provide easy access to the heart of London. 

The area is served by many excellent state and private schools and for the golfing enthusiast there are clubs and a driving range close by.
